I'm loving the idea at Home-Barista.Com to begin formal evaluations of espresso coffees from U.S. roasters! A quote from Dan Kehn, the Head Honcho at H-B, about the Favorite Espresso Blend reviews, " ... our goal is to elicit the best every blend has to offer, ideally providing readers with brew parameters and tips for duplicating the results we report. This Holiday Season Caffe Fresco SCR has made serving and gifting great, fresh-roasted coffees and espressos less expensive by providing free delivery on all domestic bulk orders. All orders over $96 will be delivered free until December 31st.

In the past, the USPS postmark denoted the date-of-roast. Effective immediately all bags will be marked with the date-of-roast. Am sure this will make many customers happy. For me, it's an extra step in the hustle and bustle world of Roasting & Posting. Keep in mind too, all orders are still shipped the day of roast. Enjoy!
