The Roast and Post service is designed to satisfy discriminating coffee and espresso lovers by delivering your order well before the beans have degassed, thus allowing you to experience the coffees' Roast Maturation.

Roast and Post sessions are slated for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Order cut-off time is 1pm (eastern) the day of a session. Monday sessions process orders placed on Friday through Monday. The Wednesday sessions process orders placed on Monday through Wednesday. Friday sessions process orders made from Wednesday through Friday.

Your order is always posted with the USPS Priority Mail system within a few hours after roast. Priority Mail will usually deliver your package in the U.S. within 2 to 3 days. The tracking number can be obtained through your PayPal account and/or the USPS e-mail notification.
