 When purchasing Caffe Fresco SCR's coffee, it's ideal to only purchase a quantity of bean that will be consumed in about two weeks.
Either leave your beans in the coffee bag they come in, making sure to tightly seal and fold the bags after opening and after every use, or transfer the beans to a stainless, air-tight container.
Store your coffee away from heat sources and sunlight. Avoid cupboards with heat build up from adjacent appliances or sunlight.
